Please email information@cannasi.net if there are any issues with the product you received. If you still want to return your unopened/defective product, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and resalable products, within 30 calendar days of shipment with valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit.
If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. If the product qualifies for a refund, we will email you a return label for the goods to be shipped back. We will refund your original source of payment within 5 business days of receiving back your product.
