Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours (8:30am- 5:30pm EST), Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders that are placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
Shipping
We ship domestically to the states that allow sales of hemp and CBD derived from hemp. Shipping times depend on your location. All orders ship from Florida. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Cannasi is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur or delivery delays in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer living outside of Florida, are responsible for all taxes by your state of residence in which the package is shipped and received.
